Navien Low Pressure? Find the Restriction

The Short Answer: A Navien does not raise city pressure. Low hot-side flow is almost always the cold inlet filter, half-closed isolation valves, scale in the exchanger, a mixing valve, or the board throttling GPM to hold temperature. Gauge the house at a hose bib. If cold is strong and hot is a trickle, the restriction is in the Navien path.
